can estimated_arrival_benchmark_rev1 data be used in our predictive model?

I have a question about estimated Arrival Time data provided: Can we use it within our model? Either as a fall back when we can not make an accurate prediction with our predictive model, or as an attribute in our predictive model?

This data comes from the flight event history files, which are part of the inputs. So yes.
