The rules section states:

"Contest ends at 11:59:59 p.m. UTC on February 17, 2013."

That date/time is tomorrow. Now if it stated "12:01 a.m. UTC on February 17, 2013" then it would be over right now.

It looks like everything is good on the site; I was thrown off because kaggle.com showed the quest as closed. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I was supposed to submit my  presentation today.But its showing submissions are closed.
